Onboarding Process and Requirements

Stays are confirmed only after prior booking. A valid ID and address proof of pet parents, along with updated vaccination records of pets are mandatory before checking in.

Dogs

Choose from hourly stay, day care and overnight stay
Two kinds of meal-based packages. ( Meals provided by pet parents or meals provided by Saame Pet Care.)
Pets enjoy 3 meals a day; 2 big meals in the morning and evening, one mid-day snack/treat.
Pets enjoy 3 walks a day; 2 long walks in the morning and evening; one afternoon stroll.
Day care and hourly stays are inclusive of meals.

Cats

Single cat stay policy. Multiple cats boarded only from same family.
Litter tray provided and cleaned routinely.
24x7 filtered water available.
Meals strictly provided by pet parents / purchased from our store.
Ample cozy nooks on offer.
